Eze2fly.com (Ezefly Technologies private limited), the Online Travel Portal offers Cheapest International & Domestic Airline Tickets. Our web services offer online availability from Airline Reservation Systems. The Fares shown are dynamic and are the cheapest available fares. The Fares may change dynamically at the time of Ticketing, depending on the booking class and availability, without Notice. Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) is a facilitator on behalf of the Airlines for Airlines reservations & Ticketing, The users make bookings on the website, and per our Terms of Services given below:
Important note for all special promotional group fare booking: -
These are a special type of ticket that allow us to offer low price fares, but there are some important conditions to keep in mind:
1. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE fare. Once booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2. The traveller's name will be displayed on the respective airline's website within 12 hours prior to the departure time. Web check-in for this ticket may also occur within 12 hours prior to departure time.
3. This is a 100% confirmed fare booking/ticket.
4. In case of flight schedule changes, flight cancellations or any notification by the airline, we will notify you via your registered email ID/mobile phone.
5. GST credit is not applicable for special promotional group fare.
1. Flight Changes & Re-Booking

Airlines Rules, Tariffs, Penalties & our Service fees apply for all changes, re-routing or refunds.

Discounts, Promo Discounts, or Airline Special Discount shall be deducted / recalled.

Cancellation of Domestic or International flights within 24 hours, after 5 PM (IST), must be done with the Airlines directly, and advise us the Cancellation no. for processing any Refunds.

Requests by WhatsApp or SMS or on any other media not accepted.

In case of 'Web or Tele Check-in' the bookings cannot be changed or cancelled, the customer must contact directly with the airlines, only at the airport.

Flight bookings not cancelled before 24 hours, in advance are treated by the Airlines as “NO SHOW”, and not eligible for Refunds.

Name change or corrections are subject to Airlines Rules and charges with our service fee.

Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) is not responsible in any way for Flight cancellation or Re-schedule.

No refund applicable, after the expiry of the ticket validity.

Once Tickets issued, all Airlines cancellation, refund fees apply with our service fees.

Any Unutilized or 'No Show' Tickets, full cancellation & our service fees apply.

Refund of Partially Un-utilized Tickets is done only by the Airlines with their processing time up to 3 months.

Eze2fly (Ezefly Tecnologies private limited) shall not be responsible for any compensation, for flight bookings/cancellation, before or after flight bookings, or Refunds / Loss for flight booked on any source.

Flight bookings selected & booked by the passenger, Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) cannot be held responsible for denial or off-loading by the Airline or Immigration for reasons of VISA’s, incorrect documentation, or in-correct selection of flights.
2. Cancellation & Refunds

Convenience fees paid for bookings are Non-Refundable

Booking Cancellation must be done 24 hours before Departure.

Cancellation & Refunds request must be sent only by E-mail support@eze2fly.com (Ezefly Technologies private limited)

Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) required minimum 5-7 working days or more for processing Refunds.

In case of 'Web or Tele Check-in' the bookings must be changed or cancelled by the passenger with the airlines, at the airport.

Bookings not cancelled are treated as “NO SHOW” & airlines Refund rules apply.

In case of any Natural disaster or cancellation of flight, Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) will not be responsible for any compensation or refund and for Refund or Compensation; the Passenger must contact the airlines directly.

Any loss, due to noncompliance of VISA transit & destination regulation, will be the customers’ responsibility & Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) will not be responsible for any loss of cancellation charges.

Refunds, if permitted, can be only processed by Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited).

For any Cancellations made with the Airline, request airlines to endorse the PNR, to process any Refunds, if applicable.

Refunds are subject to airlines cancellation, refund, no-show, penalty rules & Service Fees.

For Refunds, Airline cancellation fee and our service fee & bank charges apply.

Refund can only be paid to the original Credit – Debit Card holder or Remitter.

For Partially Used ticket Refund, airlines Cancellation, Refund, Penalty, Rules with banks & our Service fees apply.

Part Refunds are subject to approval and confirmation by the airlines.

Any discount, rebates or Promo discount, bank charges are deducted and re-called.

Meal, priority seat or any special services charges are Non-Refundable.

In case of Medical or Death of passenger or immediate family member, refunds are subject to airline rules and at their discretion.

Taxes are non-refundable.

No refund would be payable after the expiry of the ticket validity.
3. Amendments of Flight Booking

To amend, cancel, re-book or make any changes on the booked Ticket, customer request must be sent request for change only from the registered e-mail id, used to book the Ticket, to our E-mail to support@eze2fly.com (Ezefly Technologies Private limited).

For protection of customers travel plans, any request of any nature by SMS / Watsapp / E-Mail / Facebook messenger / or any other medium will not be entertained.

Airline fees & Taxes will apply for amendments/cancellations/Name correction, Refunds or any change on Domestic flights. In addition, Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited) standard service fee Rs. 300 per person / per sector, Bank fees & GST will apply.

Airline fees & Taxes will apply for amendments/cancellations/Name correction, Refunds or any change on International flights. In addition, Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited) standard service fee Rs. 700 per person / per sector, Bank fees & GST will apply.

In case of “No-Show” on Domestic or International flights, Airlines & Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited), Service Fees will apply.

The Refund amount will only be refunded & credited to the Debit or Credit Card and or the Bank Account or source of payment, from which the Ticket was paid.

For any amendments/cancellations/Name correction, Refunds or for any changes, the Airlines difference of fare, if any, and Airline fees’s will apply. In case the new applicable fare is lower than the Original ticketed fare, the difference, if any, cannot be refunded. In addition, our rebooking charges apply.
4. Unutilized Travel Booking

5. Promotion Codes

Promo codes apply only to online bookings & not bookings e-mail or phone.

6. Disclaimer

Company is not liable for any direct, indirect loss, damage, costs or expenses of any kind, for any reason, including flight delays, cancellation, disruption or Accident, resulting in any losses incurred by the passenger while traveling.

Customer must check the name, flight details, departure & arrival times, and mobile no. on the ticket.

Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited) is a facilitator to provide easy, convenient access to reservations and online ticketing, for and on behalf of the airlines and are not responsible for any deficiencies or loss by the service providers.

In the event of any airlines discontinues its operations, Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private Limited) will not be responsible and accountable for any customer refunds.

Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private Limited) will not be responsible for any airlines delay or defaults or incase, Airline may not authorize refunds for any reasons.

Eze2fly.com cannot be held responsible for any loss of baggage or valuables on any airlines services.

13. Jurisdiction
Any disputes of any nature of Services, Payments, Claims, Consumer redressed are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
FORCE MAJEURE
There can be exceptional circumstances where Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited) and / or the Service Providers may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, a pandemic, an epidemic, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private Limited). If Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited) has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The User agrees that Eze2fly (Eze2fly Technologies private limited) being merely a facilitator of the services and products booked, cannot be held responsible for any such Force Majeure circumstance. The User has to contact the Service Provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.
The User agrees that in the event of non-confirmation of booking due to any technical reasons (like network downtime, disconnection with third party platforms such as payment gateways, banks etc.) or any other similar failures, Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited)’s obligation shall be limited refunding the booking amount, if any, received from the customer. Such refund shall completely discharge Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies Private limited) from all liabilities with respect to that transaction. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User.
In no event shall Eze2fly (Ezefly Technologies private limited) and be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, and any other damages like damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or any other Sales Channel.
